Your privacy matters to us. Sunny Coop: Egg Tapper is built to respect your data: we collect only what’s needed to run the game, improve gameplay, and deliver optional notifications. Whenever possible, data is stored in an anonymized form.
Scope
This policy applies to the iOS and Android versions of Sunny Coop: Egg Tapper and to our related services.
What we collect
- Basic device and app information (e.g., OS version, app version, language, country/region).
- Non-identifying gameplay events (e.g., sessions, feature usage, progress milestones).
- Attribution data (e.g., install source) via AppsFlyer to understand how users discover the game.
- Push notification tokens (may be hashed) for delivering messages via Firebase.
- IP-derived coarse location (country-level) used for analytics and service quality; we do not store precise location.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or other directly identifying information in the app.
How we use data
- Operate core game features and improve performance and stability.
- Analyze features to make gameplay more enjoyable and fair.
- Measure installs and campaigns (AppsFlyer) to guide non-intrusive marketing.
- Send optional, relevant notifications (Firebase) — you can disable them in system settings.

- AppsFlyer — mobile attribution and analytics.
- Firebase — messaging/notifications infrastructure.
We also operate our own infrastructure to store anonymized usage data and to orchestrate notifications.
Data minimization & retention
- We strive to collect the least amount of data necessary (privacy by default).
- Where feasible, we anonymize or pseudonymize data at ingestion.
- We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data — including restricted access, transport encryption, and audit logging in our services.
Children’s Privacy
Our game is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in your region. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Your rights
- Access — Ask what categories of data we process about your gameplay.
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate non-identifying records where applicable.
- Deletion — Request deletion of your data. We honor verified requests and, where we cannot identify you, we delete data linked to your device/app tokens.
- Opt-out of notifications — Disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
Request data deletion
Because we avoid collecting directly identifying information, we may ask for non-personal device signals to locate your records (for example: approximate install date, platform, app version, and a game session timestamp). To initiate a request, click one of the buttons below or email us.
International transfers
Our services and partners may process data on servers located in multiple countries. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect improvements or legal requirements. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, when significant, provide additional notice in-app or via release notes.
